Spirit-Led Christian Leadership

Today I hear over and over again that Christian leadership is based on principles. But the New Testament is clear that the leadership of Jesus and Paul and others was Spirit-led leadership. They were led by the Holy Spirit, and led others through the Holy Spirit. Without being directly led by the power and fruit of the Holy Spirit then principles are simply dead legalism and moralism. For God is the ultimate leader.
